If you are not available at the agreed delivery time/date, our representative will wait for 30 minutes and attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, they will leave and you will be contacted later to reschedule.
Risk of loss or damage and product ownership pass to you upon delivery and full payment of the products.
1.3 Delivery Fees
We offer free delivery for orders above 299 SAR (or equivalent). Orders below 299 SAR will incur a delivery fee between 60–80 SAR depending on the area.

International shipping fees vary by region and will be provided at checkout.
Exchange & Return Policy
At List Roma, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the following policies:
2.1 Exchange & Return Period
- You may return or exchange any product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and original packaging.
2.2 Return & Exchange Procedure
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service via phone at WhatsApp.
- Customers can choose to receive a refund or exchange the product with another item based on availability.
2.3 Refund Policy
- Shipping is free on the first purchase. However, in case of return or exchange, the customer may bear shipping costs (product shipping and return fees) valued at 125 SAR, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
In certain cases, such as product damage or usage, the return or exchange request may be declined.
